What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Lead - Tent Installer position at All Event Rental?
All Event Rental is seeking a Team Lead for our Field Crew to oversee the delivery, setup, and takedown of tented events within our service area. The Team Lead will collaborate closely with our Warehouse Manager and Sales Team to ensure events are successfully set up and efficiently struck down.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading a team to ensure the proper and safe delivery, staking, and setup of our tents, chairs, and stages according to specific guidelines.
- Efficiently and safely striking tents post-event.
- Transporting and configuring rental inventory while strictly adhering event specifications.
- Assisting the Warehouse Team with loading and unloading trucks for event setup and takedown.
- Providing delivery and pickup services to event locations within our service area.
- Working with client on site to answer any questions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
· Previous experience in tent installation a plus or related industry.
- Solid customer service skills and the ability to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers while on a job and in the field.
· Must be available to work some weekends and evenings.
· Fluent in English.
· Attention to detail.
· Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
· Must possess a driver's license with clean driving record.
· Clean criminal record and agree to a background check.
- Must possess a cell phone and/or a reliable form of quick communication.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
