All Faiths Children’s Advocacy Center (AFCAC) is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO to join our team and help the administrative work that supports our mission to help clients thrive through behavioral heath support.

Required
1. Bachelor’s degree with three (3) years of experience in progressive administration, office management, providing support to executives of an organization or project/event management; preferably in a non-profit organization.
- in lieu of Bachelor’s degree, 4 years of experience in progressive administration, office management, providing support to executives of an organization or project/event management; preferably in a non-profit organization. A total of 7 years of experience required.
2. Experience and interest in internal and external communications, partnership development, and fundraising.
3. Experience managing calendars and email on MS Outlook, expert level proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, Adobe Acrobat and Zoom.
What will I do as the EA to the CEO with All Faiths?
Essential Functions: Reporting directly to the President and CEO, the Executive Assistant provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on delegated matters pertaining to the CEO. The Executive Assistant also serves as a liaison to the board of directors and senior management teams; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversees projects. The position requires creativity, motivation and self-reliance within the environment that is mission and results-driven and community oriented. The Executive Assistant will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
