ALL Crane Rental of Tennessee, LLC is seeking an experienced Accounting Associate with knowledge of basic accounting principles and solid general office skills to assist with processing Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with comprehensive Benefits package in a casual office environment.
Essential Functions
- Provide accurate and timely accounting support.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and provide excellent customer service
- Various administrative tasks and office support activities such as processing documents, faxing, filing and data entry.
- Ensure accurate tracking, monitoring and recording of all charges, records and other entries.
- Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Coordinates with all levels of personnel to gather, analyze and summarize requested information.
- Work on additional projects as needed.
Skills & Experience Requirements
- 2 years’ experience in accounting functions.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills.
- Detail oriented and highly organized.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods.
- Must be able to operate office equipment and technology.
