What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mortgage Loan Processor (Hybrid) position at All Financial Services?
Owings Mills mortgage lender seeks someone with mortgage processing background or overall industry experience who is good with numbers, can learn quickly, and has good detail and documentation skills . You do not have to have processing experience as we will train the right candidate.
Our processors work the file from the time the LO originates the deal thru closing, so your presence and attention to detail is an absolute must in order to close the loans quickly and efficiently.
Work schedule will be Mon-Fri 9-5:30. This is a Hybrid position although first 2 - 6 weeks are in office. The specific timeframe to becoming hybrid depends on how well your training goes.
This will be an hourly position with monthly production bonuses averaging total income 55k - 65k or more annually depending on volume.
Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Strong Detail and documentation skills.
- Average math competency.
