What You'll Do:
- Payroll Processing: Ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.
- Accounts Receivable: Handle invoicing, monitor payments, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Accounts Payable: Manage vendor payments, expense tracking, and approvals.
- General Accounting Tasks: Perform reconciliations, financial reporting, and assist in budgeting.
- Cross-Company Involvement: Support accounting functions across our other companies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 2 years in accounting or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel; ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Personality: A self-starter with a no-excuses attitude who thrives on tackling challenges head-on.
- Bonus Points: Knowledge of payroll systems and experience working with multiple businesses.
