As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our customers' service needs. You will work closely with our team of technicians to ensure that our customers receive prompt and efficient service. Your primary responsibilities will include :
- Answering inbound customer service calls and responding to inquiries via email or chat
- Coordinating and scheduling repair and maintenance services for our customers' fleets
- Keeping customers informed of the status of their repairs and maintenance services
