What You’ll Do
As Director, you’ll manage and optimize our Emergency Dispatch Center, where inbound and outbound coordinators assist customers in breakdown situations. Your leadership will ensure we deliver top-notch customer service and operational excellence by:
- Leading and inspiring a team of dispatch managers and coordinators.
- Monitoring dispatch operations to ensure fast, efficient service and clear communication.
- Setting the tone for a positive, professional, and team-oriented environment.
- Ensuring compliance with procedures and policies to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Reviewing customer invoices for accuracy and timeliness.
- Analyzing data and reports to improve technician allocation and overall efficiency.
- Conducting quality control by reviewing phone calls and providing coaching where needed.
- Collaborating with managers to create and maintain coverage schedules.
What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in customer service or call center management, with a track record of driving results.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and coach high-performing teams.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
