What are the responsibilities and job description for the Material Coordinator position at All Flex Solutions, Inc?
Founded in 1977, All Flex Solutions is a leading provider of specialty flex and rigid flex circuits, flexible heaters, and value-added assemblies for mission and life critical applications. All Flex products can be found in many applications and markets, including medical, defense, aerospace, semiconductor, industrial and telecommunications.
The Material Coordinator will read, follow and sign route sheets and prepare material for manufacturing according to daily schedules. Completes work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other co-workers and managers.
Requirements:
- Able to take direction and retain information
- Record data in Excel where necessary
- Review and inspect work per IPC, ISO, control plans and job aids
- Move work orders in ERP system
- Crosstrain based on business needs
- Gain a general knowledge of continuous improvement
- Gain a general knowledge of lean
- Take responsibility for personal job performance
- Understand and actively participate in 5S initiatives
- Identify defects
- Possess basic computer skills (e.g. able to navigate Internet, enter data in Excel, compose and send email)

Physical Requirements
- Personal protective equipment and or clean room attire must be worn if applicable
- Physical requirements include sitting for long periods of time, standing for long periods of time, repetitive hand movements
- May be required to lift 5-15 pounds on a repetitive or semi-repetitive basis or up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis
- Work environment may be subject to, but is not limited to chemicals, fumes, noxious odors or related items
- Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled facility
Minimum Requirements
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 18 years old
- PCB manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
- Comfortable using large equipment
- Able to work flexible hours and overtime as needed to support business needs
- Must successfully complete on-the-job training and pass written and or demonstrated tests
