What are the responsibilities and job description for the Weekend Production Specialist-Dry Process Laser position at All Flex Solutions, Inc?
Founded in 1977, All Flex Solutions is a leading provider of specialty flex and rigid flex printed circuits, flexible heaters, and value-added assemblies for mission- and life-critical applications. All Flex products can be found in many applications and markets, including medical, defense, aerospace, semiconductor, industrial and telecommunications.
Schedule is Friday-Sunday, 12 hrs. per day, 6am to 6pm. There are three 15-minute paid breaks and one half-hour lunch break, all paid during the shift.

Responsibilities:
- Read, follow and sign route sheet
- Able to take direction and retain information
- Follow daily work schedules
- Record data in Excel
- Review and inspect work per IPC, ISO, control plans and job aids
- Move work orders in ERP system
- Crosstrain based on business needs
- Gain a general knowledge of continuous improvement
- Gain a general knowledge of lean
- Take responsibility for personal job performance
- Understand and actively participate in 5S initiatives
- Identify defects
- Possess basic computer skills (e.g. able to navigate Internet, enter data in Excel, compose and send email)
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be able to stand for entire shift.
Other requirements:
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 18 years of age
- Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
- PCB manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
- Able to read, interpret and follow customer and IPC specifications
- Demonstrates a very high attention to detail
- Able to work on feet for long periods of time
- Must successfully complete position specific training and pass the applicable written test
- Reliable attendance
- Able to work flexible hours and overtime as needed to support business needs.
