Pool Service Inspector

All Florida Pool & Spa is part of a national swimming pool maintenance, repair, renovation and retail company located in North Miami, Florida. We are looking to hire a Pool Service Inspector to join our team. As a Pool Service Inspector, you’ll be provided the opportunity to grow your sales career and control your financial future. Pay structure: Draw vs. commission

Essential Responsibilities:

• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain the products and services we provide

• Conduct a thorough inspection on the quality of water, and the owner’s pool equipment

• Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing the in-depth training provided to decide the best overall maintenance solution for our customer’s pool and/or spa

• Make sales presentations to customers based on the inspection and issues identified by addressing any questions, and setting accurate expectations for the customer

• Complete proper paperwork to begin service for the customer and utilize our SalesForce platform to provide a thorough, timely and accurate delivery to the customer

• Achieve sales performance and objectives through assigned lends and new business development

Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience
• Background in construction or project management preferred

• Valid Florida Driver’s License

• Must have a clean MVR

• Ability to lift 25 lbs. , repetitive bending, squatting, twisting and standing

• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written

• Aptitude for negotiation and persuasion

• Highly motivated, determined, and target driven

• Proven track record in the sales environment

• Expert in time management and personal organization

• Must be able to work unsupervised

• Must be 21 years or older

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
