Summary of Responsibilities:
This is an in-office, full-time job in south Denver with a positive and energetic team who provides home health services to special needs children. This role assists with the day-to-day operations and functions of the agency. The hours will be from 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday.

Level of Responsibility:
- Works under the general direction of the clinical director.
- Adheres to the agency’s standards of conduct.
- Supports and maintains a culture of safety and quality for patients and families.
- Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of job performance.
- Audits human resources, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Present monthly policy and procedures to administrator and clinical director for review.
- Obtain and monitor vendor contract services to assure delivery in accordance with policy and contract specifications.
- Manage electronic storage system, devices, and transitions of new technology.
- Oversees emergency preparedness planning.
- Attends meetings to remain knowledgeable on issues related to the agency about state and federal rules and regulations.
- Evaluate, with assistance of agency staff and others, the effectiveness of agency services for improving health care to the population served.
- Complete and participate in all agency meetings, quarterly trainings, in-services, and community events.
- Establishes and maintains effective channels of communication and working relationships.
- Performs any duties as requested by administrator or clinical director.
- Has at least 2 years of knowledge and experience in health care.
- Has at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong reading and writing skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Adobe, and social media.
- Experience with an electronic medical record.
- Knowledgeable about healthcare and/or patient care.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Spanish speaking preferred.
