Position : HVAC Installer
Location : Troutdale, OR
Shift : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
Compensation : $28 - $40 / hr

Position Overview :
As an HVAC Installer, you will play a crucial role in installing heating and air conditioning equipment in residential properties. You will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of junior installers, ensuring that all installations are completed to our high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Install HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related components, following blueprints, specifications, and local codes.
- Provide guidance and training on technical procedures, safety protocols, and best practices to junior service technicians.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Conduct testing of HVAC systems to verify proper operation, efficiency, and compliance with safety standards.
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in HVAC systems, identifying and resolving issues with equipment, controls, or wiring.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall system performance and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of installation activities and ensure all parts are loaded and accounted for per each job.
- Check work for errors and correct them as necessary.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with clients and customers.
- Abide by all safety rules set forth by the company and governmental agencies, reporting and correcting hazardous conditions.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and new HVAC technologies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
