What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Manager position at ALL GREEN BUILDING PRODUCTS LLC?
All Green Building Products (AGBP) is a distributor of sustainable building products such as Resysta™, Lynx ™, and Vesta ™. We are looking for an aggressive and self-motivated sales manager to substantially grow sales in Northern CA and Nevada.
Responsibilities are:
- Proactively develop and maintain superior relationships with key industry contacts including Architects, Designers, Developers, Specifiers and End Users to develop or increase Sales and demand of AGBP’s products.
- Identify relevant projects, key players and decision makers with the goal of increasing the frequency of AGBP products being included in specifications by Architects, Designers, Developers, Specifiers, and End Users during the design phase of projects and tracking specifications through to a completed sale.
- Travel throughout assigned region to meet with regular and prospective customers including Architects, Designers, Developers, Specifiers, and End Users to maintain an appropriate level of sales activities at all times and continued interest in AGBP’s products.
- Use HubSpot to follow up on leads and estimates and provide accurate reports of closed/won opportunities and dollar values to track the required revenue goals established for the territory.
- Ability to visit the job site and understand the installation of products and help resolve problems with the help of our technical manager.
- Participate in key industry organizations, trade shows, and marketing events.
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly and yearly sales quotas.

Salary : $60,000 - $72,000
