We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Supervisor to join our team. As a Landscape Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of a landscaping crew. Your expertise in landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, and tree care will be essential in ensuring the successful completion of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of landscapers, providing guidance and instruction as needed
- Plan and execute landscaping projects, including but not limited to irrigation, garden installation, lawn care, and tree care
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of landscapes, ensuring they are clean, attractive, and well-maintained
- Coordinate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide recommendations based on their preferences and budget
- Monitor inventory levels of landscaping materials and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked for ongoing projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment
Experience:
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, and tree care
- Strong knowledge of various landscaping techniques, tools, and materials
- Previous experience in supervising a team of landscapers
- Proficient in reading blueprints and landscape plans
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
