Landscape Team Member

All Green Site Management is seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Team Member to join our dynamic team. As a Landscape Team Member, you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in the landscaping industry and a passion for delivering high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the landscape team to execute various landscaping projects, including the construction of retaining walls, patios, and drainage systems.
• Perform hydroseeding, edging, and other landscape maintenance tasks to enhance the appearance and functionality of outdoor spaces.
• Assist in the installation of various landscaping materials, such as plants, trees, rocks, and mulch.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, tools, and vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Follow established procedures and safety guidelines to complete projects efficiently and to the satisfaction of clients.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper disposal of waste and debris.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and timelines.
• Continuously update job knowledge and skills by participating in training opportunities and staying informed about industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum of one year of experience in the landscaping industry, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work.
• Strong knowledge and skills in landscape construction, including the construction of retaining walls, patios, and drainage systems.
• Familiarity with hydroseeding, edging, and other landscape maintenance techniques.
• Ability to operate and maintain various landscaping equipment, tools, and vehicles.
• Solid understanding of landscaping materials, their installation methods, and proper maintenance.
• Excellent physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
