Job Description:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our healthcare team at Inners Creek Nursing and Rehab in Dallastown, PA. The CNA will provide direct patient care and assist residents with daily activities to ensure their comfort and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff
- Help maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Assist with transferring and repositioning residents as needed
- Document care provided in accordance with facility policies
- Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times
Requirements:
1. CNA License

3. CPR / BLS Certification
4. COVID-19 Vaccine Card or Exemption
5. 2 Professional References
6. Physical (less than a year old)
7. 2-step PPD/QuantiFERON (Skin Test) (less than a year old)
