Position Summary:

As a Marketer - Home Care Marketing Liaison at All Heart Homecare, you’ll play a vital role in expanding our footprint across all five boroughs of NYC. This is your opportunity to build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and key referral sources, driving awareness and engagement with our services. You’ll leverage your network, communication skills, and strategic approach to connect with potential partners, ensuring All Heart Homecare becomes the go-to provider for home care services. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential referral sources within NYC’s five boroughs
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive outreach plan to increase awareness and engage with a diverse range of referral partners, including doctors’ offices, hospitals, and senior centers
  • Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with new and existing referral sources, positioning All Heart Homecare as the preferred agency
  • Attend health fairs, community events, and networking opportunities throughout NYC to raise the agency's visibility and generate new relationships
  • Present All Heart Homecare’s services and mission to prospective partners, demonstrating how we make a difference in the community
  • Maintain strong knowledge of agency services and how we stand out from the competition
  • Prepare and manage the annual outreach budget and report monthly on progress

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous healthcare marketing experience, particularly within home care, is a big plus
  • Established contacts and a deep understanding of the local NYC territory and healthcare landscape
  • A proactive, self-driven, and positive attitude with excellent organizational skills
  • A passion for relationship-building and networking in a healthcare setting
  • Bilingual in Spanish or Russian is a plus!
  • Professional, polished, and dependable with a strong communication skill set

  • Able to work autonomously while maintaining strong work ethics and accountability
  • Someone who thrives in nurturing existing relationships while proactively developing new ones to expand your network and exceed goals

What Success Looks Like:

Success in this role is measured by achieving monthly enrollment targets, with the flexibility to choose a tier based on performance. To excel, you will need to consistently hit your target while demonstrating agility, proactivity, and excellent relationship-building skills.

The ideal candidate will have a strong network of established connections from which they can generate regular referrals. We’re looking for someone who not only has the right contacts but can actively leverage them and create new ones.
