Mystery Room, an All in Adventures brand, launched in 2014 with a simple mission: to connect families, friends, coworkers, students, and a host of others together through shared fun in a socially interactive environment. Visiting guests get the chance to either become real-life mystery detectives!

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN OUR MYSTERY ROOM ASSOCIATES:
- Represent the Mystery Room/All In Adventures brand in a friendly and professional manner during every customer/employee interaction
- Exhibit polite, respectful behavior as guests enter, experience, and exit the venue
- Go above and beyond to meet guest needs
- Achieve team and individual goals by promoting and selling all game services
- Enthusiastically greet new guests as they arrive for their scheduled appointments, or simply stop in to inquire about the experience
- Use excellent communication skills as you provide information to guests about the overall game experience, room options, and safety rules
- Exhibit good manners as you guide each guest through their game room
- Help our guests get moving again by providing small hints
- Be there to support, encourage, and affirm their game strategy as they exit their rooms – plus invite them back in the future after you take a keepsake photo
- Perform quick and accurate resets of each game room immediately after use
- Have an open ear to any guest who happens to express any dissatisfaction with their experience, escalating their grievances upward with urgency
- Help maintain Operating Standards alongside your team
REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION
§ High School diploma (or GED)
§ 1 year of previous customer service experience
§ Able to lift up to 50 lbs
§ Must successfully pass two professional reference checks
§ Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
§ Ability to adapt during slow reservation days and fast-paced reservation days and with large groups of 50 or more visiting players
§ Multi-tasking capability and good time management skills
