Job Title: Customer Service Support Specialist
Location: All In Auto Service LLC
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Office Manager with administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
• Help write repair estimates based on customer needs and technician assessments.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person to schedule service and follow up on repair updates.
• Schedule service appointments and manage daily appointments to ensure efficiency.
• Provide outstanding customer service, addressing customer questions, concerns, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Perform other office duties as assigned to support the team and maintain workflow.

Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication skills (phone, email, in person).
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing demands.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Automotive industry experience is a plus, but not required.
