We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including residential, commercial, and industrial settings. This role is essential in ensuring that facilities are safe, hygienic, and welcoming for all occupants. Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
- Conduct custodial duties including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Maintain floor care through sweeping, buffing, and polishing as needed.
- Assist with industrial cleaning tasks to ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs to management.
- Participate in residential painting projects as required to enhance the appearance of spaces.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.

Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning roles such as custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques including buffing and maintenance of various flooring types.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices is a plus.
- Ability to perform basic facilities maintenance tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
