All In One Contracting is seeking an individual to join our team as an Overnight Parking Lot Sweeper. The role involves sweeping various parking lots during overnight hours and helping with other labor tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sweep parking lots during overnight hours (typically 10 PM to 5 AM)
- Drive a company truck with a trailer (must have a clean driving record)
- Assist with other tasks, including mowing lawns, trimming weeds, and shoveling sidewalks in the winter
Requirements:
- Clean driving record
- Comfortable driving a company truck and trailer
- Willingness to perform other labor duties as needed
- Must be available for overnight shifts (10 PM to 5 AM)
- Must be able to drive on the highway in the dark
