We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team at an indoor multi-purpose sports facility. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will play a crucial role in guest relations, handling inquiries, and managing reservations with professionalism and warmth.
Duties
- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a seamless check-in experience at the front desk.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, ensuring accuracy in the system.
- Maintain knowledge of services, local attractions, and events to assist guests effectively.
- Uphold phone etiquette by answering calls professionally and addressing guest needs efficiently.
- Assist with special requests or arrangements for guests, enhancing their overall experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest/customer services role within the is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential for effective communication with guests and team members.
