Administrative & Compliance Manager
Onsite in the Towson, MD area

This role is critical for the organization, and would be a significant support to the CEO/Founder, essential in supporting various business functions by combining strong administrative leadership with legal and compliance expertise. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex, confidential, and sensitive matters.
What you will be doing/supporting in this role:
Administrative & Business Operations
- Provide leadership and oversee business operations in line with company policies and applicable laws.
- Address concerns and resolve issues before escalating to the CEO.
- Oversee financial functions, including payroll, AP, revenue tracking, and client account management.
- Coordinate with external accounting and audit firms.
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards for leadership.
- Manage vendor contracts and relationships for cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Support leadership in identifying inefficiencies and implementing streamlined processes and automation.
- Assist in managing strategic projects and initiatives.
Compliance & Legal Support
- Draft, review, and organize contracts, agreements, and corporate documents.
- Assist with regulatory filings, licensing, and legal research as needed.
- Maintain and update corporate records, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct compliance audits and ensure adherence to relevant regulations and company policies.
Program Quality & Internal Case Management
- Conduct quality reviews of documentation and program activities.
- Perform site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
- Coordinate and facilitate access to medical, therapeutic, and community-based services to support client well-being.
- Support clients in achieving personal goals and outcomes aligned with company initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in administrative management, compliance, or legal support.
- Strong ability to exercise judgment and discretion in interpreting policies, laws, and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Professional maturity, emotional intelligence, and ability to navigate complex situations with confidence and diplomacy.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing business functions.
Salary : $55,000 - $75,000
