As a Customer Account Manager, you will enable the customer to accomplish their goals and mission by assisting with project management, acquisition support and post-acquisition activities. This position is located in Chantilly, VA.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Establish, maintain, and closeout profiles.
Provide Quality Assurance checks on profiles.
Proactively monitor funding statuses.
Administer monthly billing and invoicing to include burn rates and make corresponding updates.
Effective and efficient communications with business partners and relationship building.
Create and follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure)
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
5 years of experience in supporting project management, purchasing, or acquisition related activities

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
