Primary Job Duties
- Install and connect various appliances, ensuring proper functionality and safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service during installations, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and install appliances.
- Safely operate a company vehicle to customer locations.
- Read and interpret appliance installation instructions.
- Maintain accurate records of installations and repairs performed.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A safe driving record and a valid Class D driver’s license.
- Pass a pre-employment physical and drug test.
- 1 year experience installing appliances or similar experience/transferable skills OR 6 months as an ALL, Inc. Installation Assistant.
- Hands-on experience with tools (e.g., wrenches, drills, hammers) and interpreting appliance installation instructions.
- Physical ability to handle heavy demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs. frequently.
- Strong customer service skills with a proven track record of dependability, attention to detail, and problem-solving.

- Compensation: Starting pay of $29.00/hour, with opportunities to earn additional Team Incentive Performance Pay (TIPP).
- Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
