Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and capable Spa Manager to be in charge of the daily operations of our spa . This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in spa management within a holistic wellness setting.
Responsibilities:
- in charge of the spa successful operation.
- Help coordinate staff schedules, manage payroll inputs, and support staff training.
- Participate in inventory control and ordering supplies.
- Ensure that all spa facilities are clean and operate to the highest standard.
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handle bookings, and address client inquiries.
- Help resolve any client or staff issues that arise.
- Support financial management tasks such as budgeting and monitoring expenses.
- Contribute to the preparation of performance reports.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a supervisory or management role within a spa, wellness center, or related field.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Knowledge of holistic practices and spa services.
- Proficiency in using Meevo spa management software.
- Associate’s degree or relevant certification in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly base pay rate of $17-$20, based on experience and qualifications. plus very Competitive high commission no where else will offer.
