Join our team at All Is Well Holistic Spa in Katy, TX, where we're seeking a bilingual Spa Coordinator/sales Associate with experience in the Spa and Massage Industry. Fluency in either Chinese Mandarin /English or Spanish/English is preferred. We have both full-time and part-time positions available.
We're looking for experienced Bilingual Spa Associates who align with our company culture, share our vision, and are ready to grow with us.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Provide excellent customer service to members/guests.
- Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival.
- Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades.
- Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance.
- Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy.
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance.
- Positive, energetic attitude and team player.
- Proficiency in computer knowledge, Internet, and MEEVO SPA POS is a must.
- Canva Graphic Design
- Advanced social media marketing skills are a plus.
- Must have reliable transportation and be punctual.
- Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish or English/Mandarin Chinese is preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
