What are the responsibilities and job description for the Agile Coach position at All IT Solutions?
We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our team for one of our NYC-based clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and extensive experience in Agile coaching, particularly in large, complex environments. This is an onsite role requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams to lead and support Agile transformations.

Responsibilities
Serve as an Agile subject matter expert, guiding teams through Agile frameworks and methodologies.
Coach and mentor Agile teams, leaders, and stakeholders on effective Agile practices.
Drive the adoption of Agile best practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
Facilitate Agile training workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions.
Provide guidance on Agile roles, ceremonies, and team dynamics.
Lead and support Agile product transformations in complex, enterprise environments.
Collaborate with leadership to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Identify and address challenges in Agile adoption and execution.
Monitor and evaluate the progress of Agile initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of software development experience.
At least 8 years of experience in Agile coaching roles.
Proven experience leading Agile product transformations in large, complex environments.
Strong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
Preferred certifications: Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or equivalent.
