Position Summary
Lift Solutions Holdings provides end-to-end industrial lifting solutions. We offer OSHA compliance inspections, crane equipment, aftermarket services and parts for overhead cranes, rigging, and other lifting equipment. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, concerns, and orders.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Acquire thorough knowledge of product line and services.
- Answer incoming calls and assist with customer inquiries.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience with every interaction; day to day interaction with customers, sales and distributors providing requested information and support relative to price, availability, quotes, and lead times.
- Accepting and preparing orders, maintaining order files, invoicing, and satisfying request for order follow-up.
- Resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring options; implementing solutions; escalating unsolved discrepancies.
- Process customer order returns, change requests, etc.
- Thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures.
Education & Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 1-3 years of Customer Service Experience, and/or inside sales or counter sales.
- Ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Computer proficiency.
Physical Ability Requirements
- Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to be mobile throughout facility to communicate with other departments.
- Ability to use a computer keyboard, computer monitor, and telephone for extended periods of time.
