We are hiring a Service Support Administrator. This is a role consisting of service administration and coordination for the Minnesota territory.
Duties & Responsibilities:
o Scheduling technicians. Schedule shall be maintained in Inspectall program
o Create work orders for planned inspections in SAGE. Create corresponding Inspectall folders
o Assist with the purchasing of job materials as needed
o Auditing inspector generated reports and time sheets daily
o Confirm scheduling with end users and ensure correct equipment is delivered and retrieved
o Audit and assemble completed inspection packets for daily billing/invoicing
o Aid in requesting and updating purchase orders from customers.
o Maintain inspection renewal intervals and frequency per sold agreements
o Coordination and tracking of inspections for Service Department assets.
o Book travel arrangements for field operatives as needed.
o Responsible for handling direct walk-in customer sales
o Work effectively with UPMW sales and service staff to support customers’ needs
o Maintain ethical, cooperative manufacturer relationships consistent with company image and branch goals in the marketplace.
o Attend training classes as required
o Maintain a professional working image.
o Other duties as instructed or required to successfully complete the job.

Qualifications:
o Preferred associate’s degree in business Admin or Sales. 1-2 years prior work experience in a related field preferred.
o Computer background to include Microsoft Office (suite), Sage 100 ERP, 1Inspectall, PowerBi
o Commitment to high ethical standards governing professional behavior and interactions
o Proven proficiency in the use of a personal computer accompanied by a strong aptitude for technical applications
o Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
o Ability to develop knowledge of the industry within a given market
o Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written and verbal formats, demonstrated capability to develop strong interpersonal working relationships and work in a team environment
o Strong customer service orientation
Physical Ability Requirements:
o Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
o Ability to use a computer keyboard, computer monitor, and telephone for extended periods of time
