- Document all repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities in a clear and concise manner.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and clients.
- CompTIA A Certification a nice-to-have
- Proven experience as a hardware technician, preferably with HP products.
- Strong knowledge of HP hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, and servers.
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
