All Lines Technology is seeking an IT Support Specialist in Pittsburgh! The IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to users. This role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, video conferencing system issues, and networking issues, ensuring optimal performance of computing operations, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Respond to user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems.
- Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.
- Oversee the daily performance of computer systems.
- Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
- Read technical manuals, confer with users, or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support.
- Refer major hardware or software problems or defective products to vendors or technicians for service.
- Develop training materials and procedures, or train users in the proper use of hardware or software.
- Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities.
- Provide support for audio visual technology, including setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of AV equipment for meetings, presentations, and events.
- Work with specific AV technologies such as AirMedia, video conferencing systems (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams), sound systems, and interactive whiteboards.
- Perform basic system administration tasks, including user account management, permissions, and group policies.
- Perform basic network administration tasks, including configuring and troubleshooting network devices, managing IP addresses, and ensuring network security.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role.
- Strong technical background with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and provide training to other staff members.

- Experience with Crestron solutions, Zoom, Microsoft Teams and other conferencing solutions.
- Knowledge of network design, server architecture, and systems integration.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
