- Advanced simulation experiences with thorough debriefing
- Certifications tailored to each specialized unit
- Comprehensive training on electronic charting systems
- Consistent Monday-Friday schedule with 40-hour work weeks
- Immersive hospital-based training paired with dedicated one-on-one mentorship
- Regular development meetings complete with personalized coaching
- Individualized Coaching and Onboarding reports
- Structured three (3) 12-hour shifts weekly within the hospital setting
- Smooth transition to a full-time role post successful program completion

- Possession of a current South Carolina RN license or Multi-state Compact RN license (or ability to secure)
