Summary Provides general nursing care services to consumers of Casa Angelica by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Utilizes nursing process including assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
Actively participate in developing procedures for individual consumer care.
Explains procedures and treatments to consumer to gain cooperation, understanding, and relieve apprehension.
Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques.
Assist the physician in details of administering treatment and in obtaining consumer histories.
