Start date or shifts : 6 / 25-6 / 27, 6 / 30-7 / 03, 7 / 7-7 / 11 (Guaranteed 8-hour day)
Schedule : 8 AM - 5 PM
Types of cases : General Dentistry, 70% Pediatrics, 30% Adults
Ages : 2
Additional information : Provider will be solo, supported by 2 Assistants and a Hygienist. Case mix includes 20-25 hygiene checks and 10-12 operative cases per day. Travel and lodging provided. EMR : DentaPro.
