  • Hours : Tue-Fri (4 / 10 s)

Job Details :

  • Setting : Outpatient Community Health Clinic FQHC
  • Typical cases : Colds, coughs, flus, Acute Care, Chronic Care, Wellness / Preventative Care
  • Average 16-22 patients per day
  • All ages
  • EMR : EClinicalworks
  • Staff : Another MD and NP, front office, RN, LVN s, MA s
  • Will our provider be required to supervise : No
  • Credentialing Timeframe : 1-2 week
  • Requirements : Board certified / eligible, CA license, DEA, BLS
