**About the Role:**
We are looking for a highly skilled Cytotechnician to join our team at All Medical Personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks, including maintaining records, communicating with colleagues, and providing technical guidance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Maintain accurate records of slides screened and hours worked.
- Communicate effectively with department supervisors, pathologists, and coworkers.
- Provide technical guidance to Cyto-processing technicians.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- At least 2 years of recent experience as a Cytotechnician is required.
- Cerner or EPIC experience is preferred.
- A High School Diploma/GED is the minimum educational requirement.
- A Bachelor of Science degree in cytotechnology or a biological science, along with certification from the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP), is required.
