Key Responsibilities
As a Pre-Analytical Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various tasks within the Technical Operations Department.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Specimen Preparation: Prepare specimens for testing by sorting, racking, and storing them properly.
- Centrifugation and Aliquoting: Perform centrifugation and aliquoting tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Quality Control: Maintain accurate and legible written documentation and meet quality and production standards within 6 months of completing training.
Requirements
- Educational Background: High School Diploma or GED is required; medical background preferred.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in a production environment is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with mainframe computer operating systems and minimal data entry skills.
