What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mental Health - Counselor position at All Medical Personnel?
Position : Resident Advisor
Job Description :
Working with adults with mental health issues to improve coping skills, symptom management, and daily living skills including cooking, cleaning, laundry, and hygiene.
Completion of general house cleaning duties including mopping, laundry, dish washing, wiping down surfaces.
Complete documentation in Electronic Health Record.
Monitor self-administration of medication.
Working in adults with mental health issues such as bi-polar disorder, schizophrenia, ect.
Goal is to get these residents back to living in the community successfully on their own.
Qualifications :
High School Education / GED or equivalent
Knowledge of patient care techniques and of treatment, therapy, developmental, and patient centered recovery programs.
Knowledge of basic computer skills.
CPR and First Aid certifications.
BLS (AHA)?
