- ongoing Shifts requested : 3 consecutive days a week within M-F 9 am-5 pm (1 day a week if local, 3 days if a travel provider) Practice setting : Long Term Acute Care Patient load : 18-20 per day Ages : 65 Procedures required : Any primary care procedures except wound care, psych, trach care Requirements : DEA, COVID vaccine required, Medicaid / Medicare number preferred, Board Certification required Other : Long-term, full-time, ongoing opportunity.
Provider will supervise an advanced practice provider while on assignment.
Travel and lodging benefits include mileage and lodging for providers working all three days.
Multiple locations.Travel time between sites included in the 8-hour workday.
