What are the responsibilities and job description for the Primary Care NP position at All Medical Personnel?
Specialty accepted : FNP, ANP, GNP, PA
Start date or shifts : Mon - Friday 8 am to 6 pm | 5 to 8 assessments per day
Practice setting : Home Health
Types of procedures : In-home health and wellness assessments for health insurance plans, H&P evaluations, medication review, physical exams, blood pressure checks, finger sticks, urine sample collection, fecal kit distribution.
Number of patients : 5 to 8 assessments per day
Ages : Geriatrics
Requirements : Must be willing to travel 75 miles to be submitted, proprietary EMR system (Signify), documentation done on iPad.
Additional information : Provider must commit to availability submitted as no interviews will be conducted; 1099 contract direct with client; access to provider hotline for support; credentialing takes 30-45 days.
Benefits : Malpractice insurance coverage; weekly electronic pay; potential travel and lodging benefits; earn $1,000 per referral.
