All Metro Health Care , a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is seeking a skilled Clinical Contractor to join our team in the NYC office. This position is ideal for an experienced clinical professional who can evaluate, implement recommendations, and provide training and support for clinical and branch staff. The successful candidate will help ensure smooth operations, compliance with regulations, and a positive working environment for our staff.

Salary Range : $12,000 - $15,000 / monthly for 2-4 month contract
Key Responsibilities :
- On-Site Evaluation & Implementation :
- Be present in the NYC office to evaluate existing operations, implement recommendations, and support both clinical and branch staff.
- Onboarding & Training :
- Onboard, orient, and train RN Field Supervisors (Per Diem and Full-Time) for the NYC branch.
- Develop a repeatable and scalable training plan covering :
- Policies, procedures, and regulations
- System navigation (HHAX)
- Documentation completion / compliance (visit paperwork, ISRs, PPOs)
- Waiver Team Meetings
- Field orientation, including in-home training
- Time management and organizing the day
- Staff Support & Recommendations :
- Provide ongoing support and training to existing staff, including Clinical Clerks and RN Supervisors.
- Offer recommendations to the Director of Clinical Operations to improve performance.
- Clinical Visit & 485s Support :
- Partner with clinical staff to address clinical visits and 485 documentation.
- Documentation & Audits :
- Review documentation and support branch audits, offering recommendations and best practices for improvement.
- Director of Patient Services (DPS) Role :
- Act as the Director of Patient Services or Clinical Manager for the NYC branch.
- Manage daily clinical operations, including assigning nursing schedules and Per Diem utilization.
- Monitor clinical performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Review, respond to, and resolve complaints / incidents per state regulations and policies.
- Support on-call requirements, including developing a schedule.
- Lead Waiver Team Meetings and manage waiver documentation (ISRs, PPOs).
- Support DPS Onboarding :
- Provide support in onboarding, orienting, and training a new Director of Patient Services (DPS).
- Scaling Best Practices :
- May provide remote support to scale best practices and initiatives across other locations.
