What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Front Desk Reservationist position at All Mountain Rentals?
All Mountain Rentals is a local property rental agency looking for a part time Front Desk Reservationist to serve as our first point of contact and assist with vacation rental duties. This position requires some weekends. Front Desk Reservationist responsibilities include email and phone potential guests, manage reservations and providing information about vacation rentals, rates and local area events. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the hospitality industry, we’d like to meet you. Full Time at 32 hours/week is also available.
Responsibilities
- Answering Phone and Emails and Light administration
- Organizing Owner and Tenant Files
- Reservation Software Management including property check-ins and check-outs
- Communicating with prospective tenants on finding the rental that suits them.
- Updating / Inputting Property Descriptions, and Photos, on several programs and websites using creative writing skills
- Property management problem solving for vacation, long term and seasonal rentals
- Assist Manager as Needed
Skills
- Work experience as a Front Desk Administrator, Receptionist or similar roll
- Experience with reservation software, like Liverez, Nextpax or Buildium
- Customer service attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
