Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our team. Duties
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development in areas such as language, motor skills, and social interaction.
- Provide attentive care to infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Engage with children through play, educational activities, and creative projects to stimulate their curiosity and encourage exploration.
- Monitor children's behavior and implement effective behavior management strategies to promote a positive learning environment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom setting conducive to learning.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive educational experience for all students.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
- Familiarity with first aid procedures and infant care techniques.
- Strong classroom management skills to maintain an effective learning environment.
- A background in babysitting or related childcare experience is advantageous.
- Must possess patience, creativity, and the ability to engage children of various ages effectively.
