What are the responsibilities and job description for the Infant Teacher/Toddler Teacher position at All My Children Learning Institute?
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 12 units in Early Childhood Development (3 of which must be in infant care). Candidate must be dependable, absolutely love working with children, must be a team player, detail oriented, and able implement innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for infants in the classroom.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for young children to learn and grow.
- Use effective classroom management techniques to ensure a positive learning experience.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and any concerns.
- Incorporate early childhood education principles into daily activities and routines.
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging activities and interactions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support the overall development of each child in the program.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs and learning styles of each child.
- Monitor and assess children's progress to track development and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay current on best practices in early childhood education and implement them in the classroom setting.
