At All-n-One Outdoor Solutions, we’re looking for a Lead Irrigation Installer to guide our installation crews and deliver high-quality irrigation systems for both commercial and residential properties. As a key part of our team, you’ll ensure that every project is completed efficiently, safely, and with exceptional customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the installation of residential and commercial in-ground irrigation systems
- Operate trenchers, pipe pullers, drills, and other power equipment safely and efficiently
- Guide and support install crews to ensure top-tier quality, timeliness, and safety
- Perform job site evaluations and recommend system improvements
- Collaborate with team members on related services such as outdoor lighting, lawn care, and backflow testing
- Accurately report hours and project details using a smartphone or tablet
- Set the tone for excellence and coach others in the field
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in irrigation installation
- Strong knowledge of irrigation tools, materials, and best practices
- Leadership skills and a hands-on, team-focused mindset
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 75 lbs
- Willingness to travel locally and occasionally overnight
