What You’ll Do:
🌱 Recruiting & Staffing (Primary Focus)
- Be the go-to recruiter for our field team! You'll find, attract, and hire top landscaping talent.
- Actively source candidates through job boards, social media, career fairs, and referral programs.
- Conduct interviews and guide new hires through the onboarding process.
- Build relationships with local workforce agencies, trade schools, and community groups to keep a steady flow of great candidates.
- Keep all recruiting and hiring records organized and up to date.
💼 HR & Administrative Support
- Assist with payroll processing to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.
- File weekly unemployment claims as needed.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
🌟 Jump In Where Needed!
- Lend a hand to the sales team with administrative tasks and client follow-ups.
- Provide friendly customer service when needed to keep things running smoothly.
- Support various company operations to help us grow and succeed!
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on recruiting—experience in skilled labor or field services is a plus!
- Some payroll processing knowledge and HR administration experience.
- A people person who loves talking to candidates and making connections.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment.
- Tech-savvy with HR software, Microsoft Office, and applicant tracking systems.
