Job Overview
The Manager of Security Operations will lead, manage, and supervise our security teams, ensuring effective operations and a high standard of security at our client sites. This role requires a leader with law enforcement experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to mentor and manage a diverse team of security professionals. Security Manager will work in liason with a DIrector of Operations to create and implement Security Drills, Emergency Response Procedures, Post Orders and liason with the community.
Oversee security team performance, including armed security guards, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Coordinate and implement training programs for security personnel to maintain high standards of security and operational efficiency.
Conduct regular assessments of security operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, ensuring high-quality customer service and satisfaction.
Prepare and manage security staff schedules, ensuring coverage for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Maintain and review security protocols, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Handle conflict resolution and respond to emergencies in a calm and professional manner.
Maintain clear and accurate records, including reports and logs, related to security activities.
