Summary
All Native Group is seeking to fill the role of Program Manager. The Program Manager will manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple awarded contract initiatives, to include oversight for existing projects, the expansion of associated revenue streams and affiliated stakeholder communications.
Essential Functions
- Lead and supervise multi-disciplined teams of research analyst
- Develop, submit, and manage the Project Safety Plan and ensure the safety of all participants, support staff, and service contractors at all times.
- Responsible for all required contract deliverables (CDRLs), including reports.
- Maintain 100% compliance with all contract terms and conditions.
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction
- May be requested and required to participate in Proposal Support functions due to expertise
Supervisory Responsibility
This position requires the ability to supervise contract professional and administrative staff.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

- Must be able to work indoor conditions 90% of the time.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening and weekend hours required, as required by business need.
Travel
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
Experience
- Minimum of fifteen (15) years of management experience
- Equivalent military experience is acceptable in lieu of civilian program management experience
Education
Master's degree in a field directly related to business management, program management, or national security
