All Occasion Tent Rental (AOTR) is seeking a General Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of the company. The General Manager will provide leadership to the sales team, office staff, warehouse personnel, and on-site installation crew. RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide leadership and management to the sales, office, warehouse, and installation teams
· Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives
· Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

· Ensure efficient and effective scheduling, logistics, and execution of all jobs
· Oversee inventory management and maintenance of inventory and equipment
· Monitor operational processes to ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
· Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to grow revenue
· Create, maintain and enhance relationships with customers
· Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for market expansion
· Develop and manage budgets for all departments and overall company
· Monitor and report on financial performance
· Identify and implement ways to increase revenue and decrease costs without compromising quality and service
QUALIFICATIONS
· Proven experience in a leadership role
· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
· Strong knowledge of operations, logistics, and inventory management
· Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate diverse teams across company disciplines
· Proficiency in business software and tools
· Valid driver’s license required
